I’m Reggie Johnson, and I’m proud to serve customers from my office in Tacoma, WA. I also work with customers on Business Insurance and additional coverage options, always with the goal of providing clarity and confidence in the decisions being made. After graduating from Alaska Pacific University, I found my calling at State Farm working in the homeowners claims department. It was during that time, while helping families through some of their most difficult moments, that I truly understood what State Farm stands for. Witnessing the company’s response and commitment to policyholders following the devastating Hurricane Andrew in 1992 left a lasting impression on me and showed me what honoring obligations and exceptional service really look like. That experience shaped the direction of my career and confirmed my belief that State Farm sets a high standard in the insurance industry. It also helped clarify what mattered most to me personally. I wanted to continue helping people protect what they care about while still having the flexibility to prioritize my own family. That’s what led me to become an agent.
